Elle started playing golf at the ripe age of 4. Starting her golfing career at Shellharbour Golf Club, then was honoured enough to gain a golfing scholarship from Concord Golf Club where she represented for 5 years.
After a successful Junior and Amateur Career representing her state and country, she decided to turn professional at the age of 20 and head to Europe and America. Elle played in many events all over the world representing Australia.
Elle has found I really enjoy teaching and would love to improve as many golfers’ games as she can. Elle offers a relaxed, fun and non- judgemental environment and loves helping players improve their golf game and confidence.
Elle offers private lessons and runs a women’s clinic on Saturdays at 1pm.
Wil Daibarra is a 3rd year PGA associate working here at Kiama golf club. Wil started his golfing journey at the age of 13 and since then has been involved with numerous representative teams including regional, Sydney metropolitan and at the state level. After completing his schooling, he decided to enrol to become a PGA associate so he could pursue his goals of playing professionally, coach others and engage in the golfing industry.

Chase Boreland is a 2nd year PGA Associate moving to his 3rd year in 2025. He has been in the golf industry for more than 5 years and has an extensive knowledge of all things golf. Chase has been playing golf for over 14 years starting his career here at Kiama as a junior. Some of his golfing achievements involve attending the Australian College of Sport, which included a scholarship at Bonnie Doon Golf Club in Sydney, as well as representing numerous representative teams. Playing a large majority of his junior golf here at Kiama meaning he has a great long-lasting relationship with many our members and guests. Some of Chases other hobbies include – competitive long-distance running, Oztag and surfing. He has been hosting our junior programs here for the past 2 years and has had nothing but high praise from the programs.
Dylan McDonald is a 1st year PGA associate moving to his 2nd year in 2025. Dylan has been a part of the pro shop staff here at Kiama golf club for the last 2 years and has been playing golf since 2015. Dylan has a huge passion for the game and is keen to help people improve in any way he can. Dylan is a super friendly person and has a great relationship with all our members and guests. In his spare time you can find Dylan practicing at our range.
